This desk was an absolute pain to get, and if you want to skip my story, by all means do so. I first ordered this desk about 10 days ago and it delivered a day earlier than the first delivery date scheduled, so that was awesome! I'll mention this because it's important later and otherwise not mentioned on this page, but when I ordered the desk through Amazon, it arrived in two separate boxes (one mostly containing the laminated wood pieces and the other containing the glass, metal, screws and other offsets).I opened the two boxes to discover the larger of the two boxes containing the laminated wood was full of completely broken boards. I checked online for my exchange options and had to dig a bit further once I realized I had ordered the desk from Amazon and the seller switch to OJ Commerce (for about $7 less, too!). I contacted Amazon Customer Support for an exchange and was told I'd have to send the full item back to their team before an exchange could take place. Unfortunately on their end they could only see that the item was listed as arriving in a single box so they had no clue why I had two boxes. After MUCH explanation, they decided to send a return shipping label to UPS to pick up both boxes. UPS arrives the next day and I hadn't re-boxed the boxes yet so they wouldn't take it, but I had a chat with the UPS guy which resulted in me finding out that his return shipping label only mentioned that one box was going to be picked up and another return shipping label would have to be made to pick up both boxes so they couldn't take it regardless of my boxing. So, I call Amazon Customer Support back up (same lady as before) for another return shipping label and explain the complication I had with UPS. Another shipping label was meant to be created; however, the e-mail I received was for the same label and UPS did not return the next day although their tracker said they would. I called Amazon Customer Support again (new lady) and explain the issue a third time and she creates a new return shipping label altogether and UPS arrives the following day and we have the same conversation: one box -- need a new label. I call Amazon Customer Support for the fourth time! and get ahold of a gentleman, Albert B., who retraces the steps of his prior colleagues until I stop him, explain the complications I've had and just ask if I can just send one box at a time in case his return label is only for one box again (I'm assuming it's an automated system that creates these labels). He agrees that it's a much better idea to move them one-by-one if there's an issue such as this. And, somewhere in the conversation I notice that his confirmation e-mail notes that it's for an item return not an exchange, so I briefly re-specify that it's meant to be an exchange. He adjusts and requests an exchange to be sent the following week (I also briefly scan through the other confirmation e-mails I was receiving and they all apparently say return, not exchange, sigh) Albert B., you're the man!Either way, I get the exchanged desk a week early! All there! Built it and love it! I'm still in the process of returning the rest of the original desk, but that'll be done tomorrow. You'd think with as many issues as I had I would rate the product low, but to be honest, it was well worth it in the end, and I feel it's wrong to poorly rate a product due to factors completely unrelated to the product itself.-----------STORY ENDSTo cut a long story short, the desk fits all three of my 27" monitors just fine (2x ASUS VS278Q-P and an ASUS VG278HE for reference) as well as perfectly fits my AZZA Genesis 9000B Full Tower under it, although unfortunately it can't rest on the PC roller AND fit, so I'm using that for my Genius GX Gaming SW-G5.1 3500 subwoofer right now.Overall it's pretty short, but that's not really a problem, I just have to lower my chair. It's very sturdy considering the amount of room in the mid section. In my picture you'll notice I didn't piece together the keyboard tray nor the monitor mount since I don't really have a need for them. I've also removed one of the wooden beams connecting the left side for stability to better fit my rig and even that hasn't really removed much structural integrity, so this is a very sound desk. Props.
