This stand is easy to assemble, took me about 15 mins to get it all setup. Pretty much straight forward from there. This stand is very sturdy, it easily supported my case which weighs an excess of 100 pounds. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a descent stand, odyssey is definitely a reliable brand. I would also recommend following the written instructions from the manual which is to make 100% sure you lock the "teeth" and bolts in place because if not it could lead to your equipment hitting the floor.
